無論如何都要學英文的理由
（中央社記者陳俊華台北31日電）立法院外今天有豬農抗議，國民黨台南市議員謝龍介、台北市議員王鴻薇也帶領群眾高喊「林全下台、毒豬入台」。謝龍介說，行政院長林全第一次來立法院報告就走側門，逃避監督。
林全今天首度赴立法院施政報告，一早7時許，國民黨團占領發言台，要求林全承諾不開放含萊克多巴胺美豬等進口，否則就杯葛林全上台，立法院外則有豬農抗議政府有意開放含萊克多巴胺美豬進口，拉起民進黨執政欺騙保證等標語，院內外都不平靜，警力嚴陣以待。
王鴻薇對場外抗議群眾說，林全落跑了，要拜託國民黨的立委在立法院裡面向林全抗議，也要請國民黨立委江啟臣將人民請願書送進立法院，向林全抗議。
謝龍介也在現場進行「台語小教室」，教導大家說「沖之鳥礁」的台語，他說這是當時的外來語，是由英語rock翻成中文。1050531
